Managing inbound recruiting inquiries
How players express interest in your program and how to review, accept, decline, or pipeline those inquiries.
Players on a Pro plan can send recruiting inquiries directly to your staff profile or any organization page you admin. These are formal expressions of interest — separate from direct messages — and arrive in your dedicated recruiting inbox.
Where to find inbound inquiries
Go to Recruiting → Received (also accessible from the Pipeline page header). You'll see each inquiry with the player's name, position, level, team, and the note they wrote.
What an inquiry includes
- The player's full profile link
- A personal note they wrote (minimum 30 characters — players are required to write something meaningful)
- Their current team, level, and position
- When it was sent
Responding to an inquiry
From the inquiry view you can:
- Accept — signals interest back to the player and opens a direct message conversation
- Decline — closes the inquiry; the player is notified
- Add to Pipeline — adds the player directly to your recruitment pipeline (Pro)
Tip
Even if you're not ready to recruit a player, accepting opens a conversation that costs you nothing. It keeps the door open and builds your program's reputation for being responsive.
How players find you to send inquiries
Players tap Express Interest on your staff profile or on any organization page you admin. Keeping your profile complete and your organization pages published increases the volume of inbound interest you receive.
