Getting verified
What the verification badge means, who can get it, and how to apply.
Verified accounts show a blue checkmark badge on their profile. It signals to other users that the account has been reviewed and confirmed by ScoutEvo.
What verification means
- For staff — signals that ScoutEvo has reviewed your account and it appears to represent the role and organization you claim
- For players — signals that ScoutEvo has reviewed your account and your identity and team affiliations appear accurate
Verified profiles build trust. Players are more likely to respond to messages from verified coaches. Coaches are more likely to engage with verified player profiles.
How to apply
- Go to your profile page
- Click Request Verification (visible to you on your own profile)
- Submit your request with supporting details
The ScoutEvo team reviews all requests. You'll be notified when your request is approved or if we need more information.
What we look for
- Staff — a complete profile with current experience entries, organizational affiliation, and a professional email address where possible
- Players — a complete profile with current team, stats, and ideally an organization page affiliation
Tip
Connecting with teammates who are already on ScoutEvo and having your team's organization page link to you both help verification go smoothly.
